Hi, I'm Iva.

I'm a 62-year-old Canadian expat living in Guatemala (I moved here 10 years ago to start a new life). I've dedicated almost my whole life to healthy living. From doing one-on-one Personal Training to being a hairstylist/cosmetologist for 25 years. You could say I've almost done it all and seen it all.

I'm also a website owner/blogger ( and a YouTuber ), and I spend a good chunk of my life now researching/writing/talking about healthy living and aging.
